Things to know...

NEW PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS TAKE EFFECT JANUARY 1, 2007!

Cruise Rates
Your cruise rate covers your accommodations, meals, WPT Cruises exclusive welcome aboard and farewell cocktail party. Government taxes and fees, taxes on airline transportation, air transportation, shore excursions, medical services, items of a personal nature — such as bar beverages, sodas, gift shop purchases, beauty salon/barber shop and massage services, gambling and service/porterage gratuities — are not included in the cruise rate.

Sail & Sign
For your convenience, charges for your onboard purchases
are made to your Sail & Sign account. A required application form will be included with your documents. NCL accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card and cash for deposit on your account. A minimum deposit will be required for cash accounts of $200.

Guests with Special Needs
NCL seeks, to the extent feasible, to accommodate guests with special needs so they are able to enjoy the ship and other facilities. In situations where a guest with special needs, such as a guest in a wheelchair, would be unable to be comfortably accommodated due to vessel safety barriers and other criteria, it may be necessary to ask the guest to bring along a companion to assist, or to make alternative arrangements. Guests who have any medical, physical or other special needs are required to relay that information to your cruise coordinator at WPT Cruises when booking your reservation.

Passport Data
U.S. Immigration determines the correct documents, which guests must have in their possession in order to travel. Proper travel documentation is required throughout the cruise and is the responsibility of the guest. Any guest traveling without proper documentation will not be allowed to board the vessel and no refund of cruise fare will be issued. Documents must be presented at time of embarkation. All US citizens will be required to carry a valid US passport beginning 1-1-08. All non-U.S. citizens must surrender their Passports and/or green cards and these documents will be returned at Immigration upon arrival back into the U.S. Resident Aliens need both a Passport and an Alien Resident Card. Aliens need a valid Passport and a valid, unexpired U.S. Multiple Re-entry Visa. Aliens eligible to apply for admission under the Visa Waiver Pilot Program must have a valid, unexpired Passport. Resident Aliens and Aliens must contact the appropriate consulate, U.S. Embassy or U.S. Immigration office to inquire about necessary travel documentation.

Cancellation and Refunds (without travel insurance) If a cancellation occurs, the following charges will be assessed:

WPT Cruises will charge a $50.00 per person administration fee for all cancellations after deposit is made. This is in addition to cancel fees imposed by Norwegian Cruise Lines.

Days Prior to Departure Cancellation Charge Per Person
Up to 76 days None
75 to 30 days $350
46 to 8 days 50% of total fare
7 days or less 100% or total fare
Name changes or additions will be allowed at NCL’s discretion and are subject to cancellation charges and rate increases.
• No refunds will be given on any cruise for no-shows, or for lack of proper documentation.
• No refunds will be made in the event of interruption or cancellation by any passenger after the cruise begins.

Requests for refunds must be in writing. Cruise tickets, air tickets, transfer coupons and/or vacation package vouchers must be returned to WPT Cruises before a refund can be made. Refund processing time is approximately three to four weeks.

Responsibility
NCL or WPT Cruises neither control, nor operate, nor are responsible for the actions of independent contractors such as airlines, railroad companies, tour operators or ground transporters; each denies any responsibility or liability for late arrival of your flight or train or for any illness, injury, damage, loss of cruise time or other irregularities resulting therefrom. And their responsibility does not extend beyond the vessel. Refer to your cruise contract for specific restrictions that apply.
